How to Talk to Your Kids about Recent Events

Dear Seward Families and Caregivers,

We have been navigating the completely unexpected challenges of Distance Learning during a global pandemic. And much of the burden of additional responsibilities, academic oversight, juggling schedules while you work or while you navigate an unexpected gap in work.   I expect that we have all been experiencing feelings of frustration, isolation / loneliness, and maybe even sadness, from time to time.
