MPS schools with Title I funding are required to have a Site Council. Seward's Site Council includes the principal, assistant principal, parents, staff, a community member, and a student. The purpose of the group is to support the school vision and mission, advise on school-based policies, and discuss the School Improvement Plan and Family Engagement Plan.
Historically, the group has met the first Friday of the month at 8 AM. Monthly meeting times for the 2023-2024 school year will be determined by members, so if the current time doesn't work for you, please reach out to convey your interest!
