Giving Back to the Community Event!

Each year the 7th grade students help a different organization within the Twin Cities community. In previous years the students went to a food bank and helped package food to be ready to send off to food shelves for those in need. They also cleaned up community gardens so they were ready for planting in the spring. This volunteer opportunity helps teach the important of giving back to their community, social service, and team building skills to complete a positive common goal.
